SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY – HOTEL WAREHOUSE

Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy of www.hotelwarehouse.com (“Site”) which is owned and operated by Hotel Warehouse (“we”, “us”, “our”, “store” and “company”) from the United States of America.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Hotel Warehouse delivers its products within the United States and globally. Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the item being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. We will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed items by the courier company.

We are not responsible for any delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. The delivery time may vary depending upon the destination and products.

The following courier services are used to deliver our products:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight
  • Any other courier service preferred by Hotel Warehouse.

Shortages or damages: Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Shortages or damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Payment Terms

Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted on all orders. Your credit card statement will serve as your receipt. If you require a copy of your invoice please request it at the time you place your order.

Checks: Checks are also acceptable as a payment method.

Net 30 days:  Hotel Warehouse may allow a Net 30-day payment term to purchasers upon request if the credit card payment method is approved. The amount of credit given is at the sole discretion of Hotel Warehouse.

Special Orders: For any special order requests, Purchasers are required to pay a 30% upfront advance payment of the total order value which will be a non-refundable deposit.

Delivery Fee

Delivery Fee is free on most orders. Free shipping generally means DOCK to DOCK delivery only. This free shipping applies to products that are individually marked with Free Shipping.

The Purchaser is responsible for outbound and returns freight charges on any item returned. The Purchaser will be notified of any additional shipping charges if incurred.

International Sales

International deliveries outside the United States may be subject to applicable taxes and duties which are to be paid by the Purchaser.

If your Country is not within our delivery list, we will cancel your order and will not ship to you.

Returns Policy

 

Returns

A request for a return of an item must be made within 7 days. Requests for returns for factory defects must be made within 30 days. We are not responsible for any items sent to our warehouse without a return authorization number. Items may never be returned directly to a without our approval and a return authorization number. You will not be credited for any product returned without a return authorization number. 

Returns are only accepted when they are new, not used and in its original packaging, and before 30 days of it being delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund request at sole discretion if it does not meet our criteria.

ORDERS

Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on this policy. Hotel Warehouse reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with us only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.

CANCELLATION

In the event you have to cancel an order we will provide you with cancellation confirmation only if the cancellation call is made before the product either shipping or our placing the order with the manufacturer. If we can successfully cancel the order we will provide you a cancellation confirmation in writing via email. If the item(s) have already shipped or it is too late to cancel with the manufacturer, return policies apply as detailed above and you will be responsible for the applicable restocking fees plus the cost of shipping both outbound and the return.
